PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS SERVICE BELOW

To be eligible for our Item Size Exchange Service, the returned item(s) must strictly comply with the following conditions:

 

Clause 1a
The item must be returned in its original, unused, unstretched, unscratched, and unblemished condition.

 

Clause 1b
The returned item must be in such condition that it can be reasonably deemed “as new” and suitable for resale as a new product.

 

Clause 2
For belts, the original belt buckle protective cover must remain fitted, unchanged, and in the same manner as when delivered to the purchaser.

 

Clause 3
Demonmetals shall not be liable for any postage or return postage costs associated with size exchange requests. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser (consumer).

Items returned for exchange must include one (1) additional pre-paid postage satchel to facilitate the return of the replacement item.

 

Clause 4
Items intended for size exchange must be returned to Demonmetals within thirty-one (31) days of the original delivery date.

 

Clause 5
Failure to return the original purchased item renders the purchaser ineligible for the Demonmetals Item Size Exchange Service.

 

Clause 6
By returning your original purchased item to Demonmetals for a size exchange, you (the purchaser) expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this document.

 

Clause 7
Any returned items deemed to be scratched, blemished, or otherwise in an unsellable condition (not “as new”) shall be automatically rejected. Such items will be returned to the purchaser by post at the purchaser’s expense, and no size exchange will be granted.

 

Clause 8 – Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demonmetals shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of use, or any costs, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Item Size Exchange Service. Demonmetals accepts no responsibility for postal delays, loss, theft, or damage of items during transit to or from Demonmetals.

Clause 9. - Exchange Surcharge - Belts

For all belt size exchanges, an exchange surcharge for replacement leather now applies:

• AUD $60 for all standard size belt replacements (3.5 cm belts).

• AUD $75 for all wider size belt replacements (5 cm belts).

Clause 10: Exchange Condition - Belts

All of our handmade custom leather belts are shipped with a protective cover on their buckles (refer to pictures 1 and 2 below). This protective cover is designed to ensure that your belt arrives in perfect condition.

 

Please Note: Before removing the protective buckle cover, please double-check that you have received the correct size belt.

If the size is incorrect, Please Stop !  and contact our support team immediately, do not remove the protective cover!

* IF YOU FIND THAT THE BELT IS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED IT’S PROTECTIVE BUCKLE COVER, WE CAN NOT (AND ARE NOT LIABLE TO) OFFER YOU A SIZE EXCHANGE FOR YOUR ITEM.

 

Examples of damage include stretching or scratching on either side (see picture 3 below).​
